Stress is our mental and physical response to a perceived threat. This perceived threat generates high degrees of emotions which in turn triggers mental and physical discomfort.

Mental health specialists have now discovered that neutralizing the emotional charge, immediately relieves the mental and physical discomfort. It's almost like pressing the "Delete" button on your computer.

Emotional Release Technique is a powerful therapeutic tool to neutralize any emotional charge. It is very easy to learn and use and does not require specialized knowledge, skills, competency or tools. It can be used at any place, any time and in any situation. You can use it even as you feel the stress building up or for old issues; the speed at which the attached emotions are neutralized is truly amazing.

Once the participant masters the technique, which may take anywhere between half an hour to an hour, s/he can simply neutralize any stress causing emotions and be stress free almost instantaneously.
