This workshop teaches the fine art of influencing people through verbal and non-verbal techniques. Most of us are trained and familiar with verbal communication, however only few of us are adept in the non-verbal component of the communication which forms a large part of the whole communication. As a result most communications fail to invoke the desired results.
In today’s corporate milieu a Manager or a Team Leader’s skills will also be judged by the range of influencing techniques he brings to command.
This programme takes a practical approach in honing and enhancing verbal and non-verbal skills to a high degree of efficiency. You will learn how to relate effectively with your colleagues, staff and boss. You will learn easily how to handle difficult people.

It’s an ideal programme for managers, team leaders or people performing operational work.
