Why employees don’t implement the skills taught to them and why motivation fizzles out?
It has been discovered that humans take decisions based on the ‘Pain & Pleasure’ principle.
If implementation is felt to be ‘pleasurable’ then the same will be initiated immediately. However if it
is seen as ‘painful’ then it would likely be postponed.
